Biography
Sabrina graduated as a Dean’s Scholar from the University of Toronto, Canada, with a Bachelor’s of Science (Hons., High Distinction). She specialized in Psychology Research and minored in Mental Health Studies. During her undergraduate years, she worked in five different labs as a Research Assistant. Upon graduation, she worked as a Research Analyst in the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where she managed referrals and coordinated clinical trials with children and youth. She currently works with Dr. Esther Bui on epilepsy research in the Women’s Neurology Program.
Sabrina is an amateur Muay Thai fighter, an equestrian, and a tennis player. During the summer, she enjoys camping and cycling; during the winter, she prefers watching surgery videos with her tea pipping hot. She also serves as a Donations Coordinator at Not Just Tourists, where she and other volunteers dedicate a large amount of time redistributing surplus medical supplies to underserved countries.
